This website is operated by Loveson ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here (our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Loveson is an online retailer. We source our products from trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, and most orders are shipped directly from their warehouses to you. As a result, delivery times are longer than a typical domestic order, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages. See our Shipping Policy for details.
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate. Minor variations in color, material, or packaging may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices for our products are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after you've received an order confirmation. If we cancel an order for this reason you will receive a full refund.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Order acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including when we suspect fraud, when a product is unavailable, or when an order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order, we'll notify you at the email address provided and issue a full refund. Customer cancellation requests are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping times, costs, and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day return window on eligible items. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms.
6. Accuracy of information
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
7. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid only during the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts.

All content on this site, including the Loveson name and logo, text, graphics, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Loveson and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Products such as heated wraps, LED devices, posture supports, electrical gadgets, and pet items should be used according to their included instructions; please consult a professional if you have health concerns and supervise pets when using new products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loveson and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
